Behind the Music
Bottled Lightning is based on my salvation experience. I changed some of the details for the sake of the song, but the fundamental experience is accurate. It was so powerful that it was much like getting hit with a bolt of lightning, when the Lord let me know He is real. It changed me, and people kept telling how different I was, and wanting to know what happened. One person even became born again due to that difference. The Lord is so good! I could never walk without Him, and I never will. Thank you Jesus!
